<strong>About the role</strong><br>dopay is digitizing payroll for businesses across Egypt and helping workers access their earnings with dignity. As we scale, our Revenue and Operations teams need a single source of truth - one person who owns how we measure performance, where the data lives, and what it tells us to do next.<br>This is that role.<br>You'll be the analytical backbone for two of dopay's most strategic functions. You'll design the KPIs we run the business on, build the Looker dashboards that surface them, and own the semantic layer in LookML so that "active customer," "revenue," and "operational throughput" mean the same thing in every meeting. You'll work side-by-side with Revenue leaders to understand what's working in the funnel, and with Operations to find friction in onboarding, processing, and support. You'll partner closely with our Engineering and Data teams to ensure the BigQuery layer is clean, complete, and accessible.<br>This is not a role for someone who waits for tickets. We need someone who walks into a Revenue weekly, sees a number trending sideways, and shows up Monday with three hypotheses and the data to test them.<br><strong>What you'll own</strong><br><ul><li>The KPI framework for Revenue and Operations. Define, document, and maintain the metrics that matter - from acquisition and activation through retention, expansion, and operational SLAs. Get cross-functional alignment on definitions and defend them.</li><li>The Looker semantic layer (LookML). Build and maintain explores, views, and derived tables so business users can self-serve without breaking things. Treat the model like production code.</li><li>Dashboards that drive action, not just inform. Every dashboard should answer a clear business question and surface what to do next. No vanity metrics. No 40-tile graveyards.</li><li>Deep-dive analysis. Funnel diagnostics, cohort behavior, pricing and discount effectiveness, operational bottleneck analysis, customer health scoring. Bring hypotheses, not just charts.</li><li>The data partnership with Engineering. Work with the tech team to ensure all relevant data flows into BigQuery cleanly and on time. Spec what's missing. Catch what's broken. Advocate for instrumentation when product decisions outrun our data.</li><li>Stakeholder enablement. Train Revenue and Ops leaders to use Looker confidently. Reduce ad-hoc requests by making self-service genuinely possible.</li><li>Forecasting and planning support. Partner on revenue forecasts, capacity planning, and goal-setting with grounded, defensible numbers.</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><strong>What we're looking for</strong><br>Experience:<br><ul><li>4+ years in business analytics, analytics engineering, or revenue/operations analytics, ideally in fintech, B2B SaaS, or a high-growth operational business</li><li>Demonstrated ownership of a BI environment end-to-end - not just dashboard authoring, but data modeling and stakeholder partnership</li></ul><br>Technical:<br><ul><li>Expert SQL. Senior HV Substation Engineer – Primary Design<br> Location: Egypt Company: Synergy STS Sector: Energy | Transmission & Distribution | Grid Infrastructure<br>Synergy STS is expanding its Grid & Energy Infrastructure engineering capability as part of our continued development of engineering delivery services for international energy and infrastructure assignments. We are looking for an experienced Senior HV Substation Engineer – Primary Design to join our growing engineering team.<br>Key Responsibilities Engineering and design of HV/EHV substations, including AIS and GIS installations. Development and review of Single Line Diagrams, substation layouts and equipment arrangements. Busbar configuration and technical selection of HV equipment. Preparation and review of technical specifications and datasheets for transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, disconnectors, CTs, VTs, surge arresters and associated equipment. Earthing and lightning protection design coordination. Cable sizing, cable schedules and interface coordination. Preparation and review of equipment layouts, sections and engineering drawings. Technical bid evaluation and vendor-document review. Coordination with protection, control, civil, structural and other engineering disciplines. Participation in design reviews and technical coordination with international project teams.<br>Candidate Profile B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HV substations, transmission or utility projects. Strong practical experience with 132 k V and above is highly preferred. Experience with AIS and/or GIS substations. Experience working with engineering consultants, utilities, OEMs or major EPC contractors is highly valued. Familiarity with IEC standards and international engineering practices. Experience with Auto CAD is required; Revit/BIM experience is an advantage. Strong technical documentation and English communication skills. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and repairing technical issues, performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance, and calibrating equipment and game settings. The Technician will collaborate with operations and customer service teams, respond to equipment-related incidents promptly, and document maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures. The role also involves following safety standards, supporting venue openings or events, and helping implement improvements in technical operations.<br>Qualifications<br> Technical and mechanical skills for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining arcade, interactive, and physical activity equipment. Basic electrical and electronic skills for diagnosing faults, replacing components, and ensuring safe operation of powered equipment. Operational and safety skills, including adherence to safety protocols, equipment inspection routines, and incident reporting procedures. Customer-focused skills, such as clear communication with guests and staff, professional behavior, and a service-oriented attitude. Organizational skills for documenting maintenance work, managing tools and spare parts, and following schedules and checklists. Ability to work on-site in Arab El Sheikh Zayed, including availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
