Job Purpose The Senior ELV Design Engineer is responsible for leading and delivering extra low voltage system designs for projects executed through the Dubai-based main office, primarily serving clients and projects across the UAE and KSA markets. Take ownership of ELV drawings, schematics, single-line/riser diagrams, schedules, and specifications, ensuring full compliance with project standards and applicable codes and local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA/Etisalat/du infrastructure requirements, TDRA, Trakhees, and Saudi CITC/Civil Defense requirements as applicable). Lead modeling within Revit MEP, ensuring model accuracy, LOD compliance, and clash-free coordination with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Fire Protection disciplines using Navisworks Manage. Oversee and validate system architecture, cable routing, containment sizing, and equipment/rack room layouts performed by the team, ensuring accurate translation into BIM models and design documentation. Act as the primary technical point of contact with the Dubai head office design team, project managers, and clients on ELV design matters, ensuring alignment on design intent, project requirements, and delivery schedules. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and vendor/system integrator data related to ELV systems and equipment for technical compliance. Lead technical input for tender and proposal stages, including quantity take-offs, preliminary design, and cost-impacting design decisions. Proven experience working within an MEP design consultancy or design-focused back-office setup supporting projects in the Gulf region. Experience across various project types (commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or infrastructure) is preferred. Required Technical Skills Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage for ELV modeling, coordination, and clash detection. Solid understanding of UAE and KSA local codes, telecom/civil defense authority approval processes, and regional ELV design standards. <p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven <strong>Assistant Call Center Manager</strong> to support the management of daily call center operations and ensure the achievement of operational targets, service quality, client satisfaction, and team performance.</p><br>
<p>In this role, you will assist in overseeing a large-scale account, supporting Team Leaders, Supervisors, and agents to ensure smooth service delivery, adherence to KPIs and SLAs, and continuous improvement across the operation.</p><br>
<p>The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, highly organized, client-focused, and experienced in managing voice operations within a call center environment. You will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, and support functions to ensure operational excellence and consistent performance.</p><br>
