The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Sabre operations, supporting users, and ensuring efficient and accurate travel booking processes.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Manage Sabre GDS activities, including reservations, ticketing, and booking modifications. Investigate and resolve complex system, booking, and ticketing issues. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, workflows, and operational efficiency. Provide training and ongoing guidance to team members on Sabre tools and procedures. Configure system features according to business needs and client requirements. Create and maintain clear records of configurations, processes, and technical resolutions. Work closely with internal departments, clients, and external partners to address operational challenges. Track system performance and prepare relevant operational reports. Keep up to date with Sabre enhancements, industry trends, and new travel technologies. Ensure all booking activities follow applicable industry standards, policies, and regulations. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Requirements1+ year of experience with Sabre GDS. Job Purpose To lead the analysis and reporting of sales performance and field force activities, ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the commercial sector, while also managing the company’s digital marketing presence.<br>Key Accountabilities Analyse and report on distributor stock levels and sales performance across all channels. Share stock and sales reports with sales managers to support inventory and demand planning. Provide detailed in-market sales reports to office managers for daily performance tracking. Review and apply validated updates from office managers to ensure accurate sales reporting. Monitor and analyse field force activity through the CRM system, generating insights and reports for relevant stakeholders. Calculate quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales incentives for the commercial sector. Prepare monthly reports covering in-market sales and distributor stock levels and distribute them to all relevant managers. Manage the company’s digital marketing activities, including publishing, monitoring, and responding across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, company website). Ensure timely and accurate communication of CRM-related decisions and reports across the department. Support cross-functional collaboration with distribution, warehouse, and commercial teams to resolve operational challenges.<br>Qualifications and Education Minimum 5 years in sales analysis, CRM, or commercial operations. Experience in sales or marketing in pharmaceutical field. Bachelor’s Degree (Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science). Strong analytical and reporting skills.
