Title: Warehouse Admin<br><br>Reports to: Warehouse Manager<br><br>Work location: Kozzika Site<br><br>General Description<br><br>Receive the list of materials and register in the Baan or SAP system in the warehouse. Control lists of materials leaving the warehouse and record them in the Baan or SAP system. Reports to the Warehouse and Logistics Responsible. Complies with the responsibilities assigned in the systems implemented at NAT and at CAF in terms of Safety, Quality, Product Safety and Environment. Identifies risks that affect his scope of work and defines prevention and adequate protection to prevent them. Checks and keeps the working hours report of the personnel warehouse.<br><br>Reports to the warehouse manager<br><br>Functions<br><br>CONTROL RECEIVING MATERIALS<br><br>Receives and checks the documentation: CMR / Consignment note and Delivery note. Ensures that the Review of elements (part numbers and quantities) that have physically arrived are OK against the shipping documentation. Ensures that the visual inspection of materials is carried out, to be sure that there are no damaged packages. Generates the location for the materials for the warehouse technicians to locate in the warehouse. Prepares shipments of defective parts to be returned to the supplier.<br><br>SYSTEM DATA MANAGEMENT<br><br>Enters the ERP (Baa N) system the materials that have been received. Transfers in the system the materials from the transit warehouse to Cairo warehouse. Identifies the delivery note once received in Baa N with the mark "entered in Baa N". Manages and monitor documentation (delivery notes, CMR, statements...). Scan and safeguard the documentation. The goal is to verify, enter data in the system all materials on the same day that materials are received. Outputs in the Baa N system the materials delivered to the line (OMF and single materials for modifications, solving problems etc.) Enters in the Baa N system the materials returned from the line, previously verifying their status. Generates the locations in the warehouse for materials: shelves or spaces must be identified, and each material introduced in the system must have a location<br><br>CONTROL OF MATERIALS TO THE PRODUCTION LINE<br><br>Establishes, in accordance with the instructions of the warehouse responsible Manager or Team Leaders, the sequence of OMF for delivery to the line. Prints from Baan each OMF and searches the location of each material in the warehouse, selecting with FIFO criteria which materials will be sent to the line. Ensures the correct preparation and correct delivery of materials to the line. Delivers a copy of the materials supplied to the Production Manager or Team Leaders.<br><br>Training Required<br><br>Training equivalent to medium administrative level training cycle. English level equivalent to B2.
