Answer questions on rates and room type availability.<br>• Ascertain callers needs though open ended questions and try to sell higher yield rooms.<br>• Use the correct guest history when making a reservation.<br>• Remain up to date with all the new promotions for the hotel as well as the ACCOR Group.<br>• Refer to the Credit Manager if credit facilities are required.<br>• Obtain approval from the Front Desk for same day reservation or on near sell-out dates.<br>• Refer requests for extension or change of payment for in-house guests to Front Desk.<br>• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.</p><br><br>Qualifications<br><br><p>· Good interpersonal skills and self-confident.<br>· Guest oriented and service minded, with attention to quality.<br>· Good sales skills.<br>· Dynamic.<br>· Good presentation.<br>· A thorough and organized approach.</p><br> </div>
Job purpose:To manage the complete lifecycle of an assigned pharmaceutical product or portfolio, from strategic planning to tactical execution. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to achieve sales, market share, and profitability goals for the brand.<br>Key accountabilities and decision ownership Develop and execute the annual brand plan, including marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and budget allocation. Drive successful new product launches and lifecycle management across the portfolio through product expansion and development. Manage the brand's P&L, including forecasting sales, managing the marketing budget, and tracking performance against KPIs. Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and support brand advocacy.<br>Must have technical / professional qualification Academic, technical, and professional qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medical related field, or Marketing. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales. <strong>Purpose of the Role</strong><p>The Client Delivery Manager is the single point of accountability for the delivery of a major enterprise software platform to a large utility client. The role owns the client relationship day-to-day, drives contractual milestones through to formal acceptance, and protects both the delivery schedule and the commercial terms of the contract.</p><br><br><p>This is a governance and relationship role, not an engineering one. The postholder works in partnership with CTO and with a Product Manager who owns scope definition, and with Business Development Director who owns the commercial relationship above the project.</p><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><i><strong>Client Relationship</strong></i><ul><li>Act as the client's primary point of contact for all delivery matters.</li><li>Run the weekly status meeting and issue the written status report and action log.</li><li>Maintain and actively manage the client stakeholder map - control centre engineers, IT, procurement, and the executive sponsor.</li><li>Escalate early and in writing.
