The role involves monitoring raw materials, controlling production processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>- Monitor the quality of raw materials such as dolomite and limestone.<br>- Control and supervise calcination (kiln) processes to ensure optimal performance.<br>- Perform physical and chemical testing for refractory bricks and lime products.<br>- Ensure final products meet required specifications and quality standards.<br>- Conduct inspections during all production stages.<br>- Analyze test results and prepare quality reports.<br>- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).<br>- Collaborate with production teams to improve quality and efficiency.<br>- Maintain quality documentation and records.<br>- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Industrial, or related).<br>- 2–5 years of experience in cement, lime, or refractory industries.<br>- Strong knowledge of calcination processes and kiln operations.<br>- Familiarity with quality control tools and laboratory testing.<br>- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.<br><br>Working Conditions:<br><br>- Factory-based environment.<br>- Exposure to high-temperature processes.<br>- May require shift work.
