We’re Hiring: Pool Estimation Engineer (Remote) – UAE

High Designs Swimming Pools Trading LLC, a leading swimming pool construction and maintenance company in the UAE, is looking for a Pool Estimation Engineer to join our team — remote position.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience specifically in swimming pool estimation, covering both Civil and MEP scopes
- Strong knowledge of pool construction methods (shell/concrete, tiling, decking) AND MEP systems (filtration, plumbing, pumps, heaters, chemical dosing)
- Proven ability to prepare full BOQs and cost estimates covering both disciplines
- Proficiency in Auto CAD and quantity takeoff (BOQ) preparation
- Advanced Excel skills for cost estimation and comparisons
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines
- Strong communication skills; Arabic/English bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents & specifications (Civil + MEP)
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals covering both scopes
- Coordinate remotely with suppliers for pricing
- Support procurement and handover to the execution team

Working Hours:
6 days/week, 9 hours/day (1-hour break) — Day off: Sunday
