This role is responsible for driving direct sales, building strong relationships with clients and brokerage companies, and achieving sales targets across our Real Estate Development projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience. About the Role The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle through both direct sales with end customers and indirect sales through brokerage companies. The role focuses on generating sales opportunities, closing deals, expanding the company's broker network, and contributing to revenue growth while representing the company's brand with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate sales through direct client interactions and consultations. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage companies and real estate agencies. Expand and strengthen the company's network of active brokers. Follow up on qualified leads and convert opportunities into successful sales. Conduct property presentations, project tours, and client meetings. Provide professional consultation to clients regarding project offerings, payment plans, and investment opportunities. Maintain excellent customer experience throughout the entire sales journey. Develop long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure timely follow-up with brokers and clients to maximize conversion rates. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the CRM system. Coordinate with Marketing regarding campaigns, events, and lead generation activities. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure smooth reservation and contracting processes. Stay updated on competitors' projects, pricing, market trends, and customer preferences. Develop strong knowledge of the Egyptian Real Estate market, particularly New Administrative Capital and New Cairo. Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, launches, broker events, and networking activities. Submit regular sales updates and pipeline reports to management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Sales. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Development (Mandatory). Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven experience in both Direct Sales and Broker Sales channels. Experience selling commercial, administrative, residential, or mixed-use real estate projects. Existing relationships with brokerage companies within the Egyptian Real Estate market are highly preferred. Required Skills Extensive experience in Real Estate sales. Strong direct selling and client relationship management skills. Strong network with brokerage companies and real estate agencies. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Real Estate market. Deep understanding of the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo markets. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
