<p>As an Analyst, you will apply process expertise to document standard operating procedures, identify key dependencies, lead small workstreams, mentor junior team members, and support operational excellence and transformation initiatives.</p>

<h4>Role purpose</h4>
<p>Mainly responsible for fulfilling all business mobile network demands across all business segments including business network complaints management through all stakeholders (account management, business customer care, technology teams). <h4>Operational leadership</h4>

<li>Lead and manage the stewarding department across all kitchens, outlets, banquets, and back-of-house areas.</li>
<li>Ensure continuous supply of clean, safe, and well-maintained equipment for all F&B operations.</li>
<li>Oversee night cleaning, deep cleaning schedules, waste management, and back-of-house organization.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Hygiene, safety & compliance</h4>
<ul>
<li>Enforce strict compliance with Vietnam food safety laws, HACCP, and Rixos hygiene standards.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership on audits and inspections.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards in food production, storage, waste handling, and chemical usage.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Cost control & asset management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Control stewarding payroll, breakages, chemical consumption, and operating expenses.</li>
<li>Manage inventories, par stocks, and equipment lifecycle (including FF&E).</li>
<li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual inventory exercises.</li>
</ul>
<h4>People leadership</h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead, train, and motivate stewarding team members to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.</li>
<li>Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.</li>

<p>We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Groups Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you'll serve as a central point of communication and coordination for group-related initiatives, working collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. You'll manage the complete lifecycle of group inquiries while maintaining accurate data systems and ensuring seamless operational execution. <p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p>
<li>Manage the full lifecycle of group inquiries, from initial request through rate loading and distribution, following established standard operating procedures</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across CRM systems and prepare detailed reports on group progress, performance metrics, and rate audits for leadership review</li>
<li>Coordinate group block requirements and handle ad hoc group requests with flexibility and responsiveness</li>
<li>Manage shared inboxes for group inquiries, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely, professional responses to internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Support the completion of RFP (Request for Proposal) processes for group accounts, including data collection, rate setup, and tracking to meet client requirements</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and policies related to group reporting and procedures</li>
<li>Organize and support client visits, site inspections, and familiarization trips to enhance client relationships</li>
<li>Handle customer and agency inquiries related to group bookings promptly, escalating issues as needed to appropriate team members</li>
<li>Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to improve operational efficiency, processes, and client engagement within the coordination function</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enable seamless execution of group initiatives</li>
<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p>
<li>1–2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative support, or sales support role, preferably in hospitality, events, or group travel industries</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and data management tasks</li>
<li>Solid understanding of group booking processes and group travel coordination</li>
<li>Ability to analyze data and prepare clear, comprehensive reports</li>
