Senior Associate (Partnerships Manager) — Global Supply Partnership You don't just "manage" partners. You build the supply engine that powers a global AI platform. Joveo's recruitment advertising platform runs on machine learning, real-time bidding, and predictive optimization — delivering millions of job ads to the right candidates at the right moment. But none of that works without world-class supply partnerships fueling the machine. That's where you come in.<br>The Role — In Plain English You'll own relationships that directly impact revenue, reach, and platform performance across global markets. This isn't account management with a fancier title. You're the person who spots an untapped supply channel in Southeast Asia on Tuesday, negotiates the commercial terms by Thursday, and has it live and delivering candidates the following week. Your week might look like this:Monday: Analyze partner performance data. One channel is underpacing — you diagnose why and fix it before anyone escalates. Tuesday: Jump on a call with a new publisher. Pitch the partnership. Negotiate terms that work for both sides. Wednesday: Sit with Product and Tech to unblock an integration that's been stalling a high-value partner launch. Thursday: Build an automation workflow that eliminates 4 hours of manual reporting your team does every week. Friday: Present your partner growth roadmap to the CXO. Get buy-in. Start executing. You'll talk to partners in the morning, negotiate contracts before lunch, dig into performance dashboards after, and pitch process improvements to leadership by end of day — all in the same role.<br>What Makes This Different Most partnership roles at this level put you in a box — either "relationship manager" or "operations associate." This one refuses to separate the two. You'll own the full lifecycle: find the partner, close the deal, launch the integration, track the numbers, optimize the outcome. End to end. No handoffs to five other teams. Direct access to CXOs and senior leadership. Real commercial ownership from day one. And you're building systems that scale — not just doing the work, but redesigning how the work gets done.<br>You Might Be Right For This If... You have 2+ years in partnerships, supply ops, business operations, or client-facing roles — ideally in Saa S, Ad Tech, HR Tech, or recruitment advertising You've actually negotiated a deal, not just "supported" one. You know what it feels like to own a number. You're the person who looks at a messy spreadsheet and sees a pattern everyone else missed You can context-switch between a partner call, a data pull, and a strategy doc without losing momentum Process inefficiency physically bothers you. You automate things before anyone asks you to. You're comfortable in ambiguity — startup speed doesn't stress you, it sharpens you<br>What You'll Get Real ownership: Commercial decisions, partner relationships, and operational outcomes — yours from day one Leadership exposure: Work directly with CXOs and cross-functional leads across Product, Tech, Sales, and Client Success Growth trajectory: Previous hires in this function have built entirely new capabilities within Joveo's supply ecosystem Compensation: Among the most competitive in India, including stock options Global scope: Partners and markets that span continents — not a single-geography desk job<br>If you'd rather build the partnership playbook than follow one — we should talk. Joveo. Where AI meets the future of work.
About us<br>We’re at the beginning. Which is exciting. And, often, chaotic. There is no perfectly organized creative department. No established production pipeline. No art director sitting three desks away telling you exactly how every shot should look. Also, our management are OGs, naggy, and barely speak digital, so you gotta be a good interpreter. We’re building the structure as we build the business, so if you need everything clearly defined before you start, this probably isn’t for you. Hiring Process:Initial Screening: 15-minute screening call Take-Home Task: 3-day completion window Final Stage: Panel interview with the founders Decision & Offer: Final evaluation and offer to the selected candidate Expected Timeline: We aim to complete the full hiring process within 10–15 days.<br>The role This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role. There is no social media team underneath you. There is no designer waiting for your brief. There is no copywriter, video editor, or agency doing the execution for you. You will own social media end-to-end, from figuring out what we should say to creating it, publishing it, measuring it, and improving it. We’re not expecting agency-level production from one person, because we're realistic. But we do expect work that is good, professional, on-brand, and absolutely acceptable to put in front of customers. You’ll be expected to:Own and execute social media strategy across multiple brands Build content calendars and decide what gets published and when Research audiences, trends, competitors and relevant content formats Develop content ideas, concepts, hooks and campaigns Write captions, scripts and other social copy Create social media designs, carousels, stories and other basic visual assets Coordinate with our Creative Content Producer when content needs to be shot Edit or adapt basic video content when needed Publish and manage content across relevant platforms Monitor performance and understand what is and isn't working Manage the journey from content → engagement → lead → conversion Work with the wider team to improve marketing funnels and customer journeys Experiment, test, learn and iterate Build the processes and systems that don't exist yet<br>Experience We genuinely don't care how many years you've worked. We care about what you've actually built. Your portfolio matters more to us than the number next to “years of experience” on your CV, so please make sure you have a link for your portfolio on your profile. <br>We want to see evidence that you've previously:Built and managed social media accounts Developed content strategies or calendars Created content that people actually engaged with Designed posts, carousels or other social assets Written content that communicates clearly and gets people to act Grown an audience or improved engagement Managed campaigns or launches Worked with different audiences, brands or industries Used analytics to understand performance and change your approach Taken something from idea → execution → measurement You don't need to have done all of these. But show us what you can actually do.<br>What we're looking for Someone who:Is highly proactive and doesn't wait for instructions Can operate comfortably with incomplete information Has strong creative judgment and good visual taste Understands social media beyond “posting consistently”Can balance creativity with commercial thinking Is comfortable wearing multiple hats Can figure things out without having a playbook Is willing to do the work, not just manage the work Can take ownership without needing constant supervision Understands that early-stage companies require people who build, not just execute predefined roles

Job description:About us Magico Group has manufactured industrial and agrochemical products in Egypt since 1992. We are ISO 9001 certified, we run our own free zone facility on the Cairo–Alexandria desert road, and we sell across four markets — Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and Europe. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to own how Magico presents itself to the people who actually buy from us: distributors, agricultural dealers, industrial plants and export partners. This is B2B industrial marketing. Our buyers are agronomists, purchasing managers and plant technicians. The work is technical content, catalogues, trade fairs and distributor support as much as it is campaigns and social media. If you have built brands for industrial or manufacturing companies, you will recognise the job immediately. What you will own The marketing calendar across every product line — agricultural, veterinary, public health and vector control, industrial chemicals, and export minerals. Each sells to a different audience and needs a different voice. Technical collateral that sells. Product catalogues, datasheets, application guides and sales presentations — turning laboratory and technical language into something a buyer understands and acts on. Digital channels. Linked In, the website, SEO and email campaigns aimed at distributor and industrial audiences rather than consumers. Trade fairs and exhibitions, domestic and export — stand, materials, follow-up, and the leads that come out of them. Market research with a decision attached. Competitor positioning and pricing, segment sizing, and where a new product should launch first. Distributor and export partner support — the materials our partners need to sell on our behalf, in Arabic and English. Working shoulder to shoulder with Sales. Marketing here is measured by qualified leads and campaigns Sales actually uses, not by impressions. Brand consistency across every piece of output, in both languages. Reporting that says what to do next — what worked, what did not, what changes. What we are looking for5+ years in marketing, with real experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing or chemicals. Consumer-only backgrounds will find this role harder than it looks Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field Strong command of digital marketing, branding and campaign management Comfortable with market research and marketing analytics — and able to explain what the numbers mean Excellent written Arabic and English. You will write in both, every week Able to take technical product information and turn it into clear commercial messaging Confident briefing and managing designers, agencies and printers Organised enough to run several campaigns at once and still hit deadlines Independent, but genuinely collaborative with Sales and Technical teams Bonus points Background in chemicals, agrochemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals or building materials Export or multi-market marketing experience Hands-on with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Using AI tools for content, research and campaign work — we do, and we expect it to make you faster Why Magico An established manufacturer with 30+ years behind it and a fast-growing export business ahead of it You own the function rather than inherit a process — there is real room to shape how Magico is seen in the market Direct access to decision-makers; short path from idea to launch Exposure to export markets across Europe, the Gulf and Africa How to apply Send your CV to hr@magicogroup.com with the subject line Senior Marketing Specialist. Phone: 01028022946Tell us in a few lines about one campaign you ran end to end — what you were trying to move, and what actually happened. We read that first. Work Location: In person
Client Solutions & Presales Lead — Enterprise Software & AIAbout IN3IN3 Technology is an Egyptian enterprise software company focused on its own products: Tarasol for enterprise correspondence management, Al-Diwan for document archiving, and Farabi for Document AI and complex Arabic OCR — where we believe we have set a new benchmark. Our platforms run the daily document and correspondence operations of some of Egypt's largest and most prestigious government and enterprise organizations — systems that senior leadership and entire institutions depend on every working day. Our growth is built on stability that shows: long-term contracts, a strong renewal history, and products that become embedded in how our customers work. AI is part of how we work every day, not just what we sell. The role We are hiring a Client Solutions & Presales Lead to own the client face of IN3. Our Client Solutions & Success department has specialist teams executing onboarding, application support and AI services. This seat sits across them as the owner: the product expert who leads presales (demos, presentations, POCs, proposals) and co-drives closure with a Commercial Lead supervising, This is deliberately not a classical sales seat: product substance and relationship ownership are the centre of gravity. You own each account's plan across adoption, renewal, and expansion, and you are the person every client escalates to. You do not execute everything — but nothing significant happens on your accounts without you. What you’ll do Master our products — Tarasol, Al-Diwan, and Farabi — deeply enough to build your own demo environments and answer evaluation committees without backup. Lead presales engagements end-to-end — discovery, configured demos, POCs with agreed success criteria, proposal authorship — driving closure with the Commercial Lead's supervision and support on mega opportunities. Own the client plan for every account — adoption tracked and acted on, renewals prepared from 90 days out, expansion identified and closed. Be the escalation owner — incidents are resolved by our support and AI teams; you own the client communication and stay engaged until the outcome lands. Assure onboarding success and keep running projects aligned to the client's goals — always notified, always involved. Coordinate specialist teams into pursuits and plans without surrendering ownership of either, and feed structured client intelligence into Product Management. What we’re looking for Experience4–6 years in enterprise software presales, solution consulting, or technical account management — with real presales artefacts. POCs personally designed and run — success criteria, evaluation, commercial outcome. Proposals personally authored, and renewals or expansions personally closed. Client management at IT Director or department-head level. Craft Demo environments personally configured through the product GUI, with JSON literacy sufficient for demo building and credible technical conversation. Product-expert aptitude — you have been the acknowledged product expert somewhere. Escalation ownership instinct — accountable for outcomes that others execute. Language, location, and rhythm Cairo-based with significant client-site time across Egypt and MENA travel as we expand. Not a remote or hybrid role. After-hours escalation ownership when it matters — the response is the same at 10 pm as on a Tuesday morning. Nice to have Document management / ECM familiarity (IBM File Net, Open Text, Documentum, or regional equivalents), or AI presales exposure. Formal RFP / bid experience in government or large-corporate procurement, and CRM discipline.
