Job Purpose The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising civil maintenance activities at telecom tower sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise civil maintenance activities at telecom tower sites. Conduct site inspections and assess tower foundations, shelters, fences, and other civil structures. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare site reports, technical documentation, and progress reports. Monitor project schedules and resolve on-site technical issues. Identify risks and implement corrective actions. Review technical drawings and project documentation. Ensure the timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.1–3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in telecom tower construction or maintenance projects. Good knowledge of Auto CAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering software. Strong project management and site supervision skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Arabic.
