Purpose of the Job<br><br>Senior Full Stack Developer's position main objective is the development and implementation of web-based applications, from frontend to backend. This role is responsible for leading an architectural team in the planning, design, and coordination of building projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and engineering standards. Daily tasks include overseeing architectural design development, reviewing drawings and models, managing project timelines and resources, and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. The Architecture Team Leader will guide the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, maintain quality and compliance with local regulations, and support continuous improvement in design processes. The role also involves mentoring team members, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders, and contributing to Floatmap’s integrated engineering and innovation goals.<br>Qualifications<br>Solid Background in BIM & Technical Design prcesses PMP &/or MBA is a plus Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in building projects and technical detailing. Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, including coordination of multidisciplinary models. Demonstrated Team Leadership skills, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering collaboration. Solid Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field. Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and permitting processes in Egypt. Experience working within integrated engineering or multidisciplinary project environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and quality. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Previous experience in a leadership role within an architectural or engineering firm is preferred.
