Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales coordination, order fulfilment, or a similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience working with shipping companies and logistics providers is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
