Egybell is hiring a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Director for a leading construction company located in the 6th of October city.<br>Job Summary The Quality Assurance & Quality Control Director is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the company-wide Quality Assurance and Quality Control function across all projects. The role ensures that the company's Quality Management System is effectively implemented and that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, applicable codes, standards, and company procedures. The Director provides strategic leadership for both preventive quality assurance and site quality control, with a strong focus on reducing defects, rework, NCRs, and quality-related risks.<br>Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) function across all company projects. Establish and implement company-wide QA/QC policies, procedures, standards, and quality objectives. Develop and maintain the company Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and applicable requirements. Supervise and provide direction to QA/QC Managers, Section Heads, Team Leaders, and Engineers. Ensure consistent implementation of QA/QC requirements across all projects.
