<p>The CMO Lead is responsible for managing all activities related to outsourced manufacturing operations. <p>- Define KPIs for CMO performance and monitor monthly service performance, inventory accuracy, and cost adherence.</p><br>
<p>- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce total manufacturing cost.</p><br> <p><strong>2. Operational Responsibilities:</strong></p><br>
<p> <strong>2.1 Manufacturing Coordination</strong></p><br>
<p>- Follow up the manufacturing process with CMOs to ensure production is executed according to plan, timelines, and specifications.</p><br>
<p>- Communicate daily with CMO contacts to monitor progress, resolve issues, and secure timely delivery of finished products.</p><br>
<p> <strong>2.2 Raw & Packaging Materials (RPM) Management</strong></p><br>
<p>- Monitor safety stock levels of RM/PM at CMOs and coordinate replenishment with the Planning and Procurement teams.</p><br>
<p>- Arrange inbound deliveries of RM/PM to outsourced manufacturers and ensure material readiness before production.</p><br>
<p> <strong>2.3 Finished Goods Delivery</strong></p><br>
<p>- Coordinate shipment planning with CMOs to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of finished products.</p><br>
<p>- Ensure packaging, labeling, and documentation comply with internal and regulatory standards.</p><br>
<p> <strong>2.4 Financial & Invoice Management</strong></p><br>
<p>- Coordinate with Finance to manage all financial activities related to CMOs, including PO issuance, invoice receipt, and payment settlement.</p><br>
<p>- Verify invoice accuracy against contracts, quantities produced and agreed pricing.</p><br>
<p> <strong>2.5 Inventory Control & Reconciliation</strong></p><br>
<p>- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation with CMOs to ensure RM/PM and FG balances match ERP (SAP or equivalent) records.</p><br>
<p>- Investigate any variances, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure proper reporting and documentation.</p><br>
<p> <strong>2.6 Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></p><br>
<p>- Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, Planning, Procurement, and Finance to resolve operational issues and maintain compliance.</p><br>
<p>- Share regular reports and updates with internal teams on manufacturing status, risks, and performance.</p><br> <p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements :</strong></p><br>

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:<br>Plan Construction Operations: Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met Budget Preparation: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates Contract Management: Follow up on contracts and ensure targets are achieved Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to the Project Manager (PM) Site Supervision: Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules Construction Execution: Implement construction methodologies, work programs, and resource allocations to meet project objectives Coordination: Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective execution of works Performance Monitoring: Monitor site progress, productivity, and performance against project milestones Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and building codes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforce HSE regulations across all construction activities Technical Review: Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and work permits related to construction works Resource and Logistics Management: Manage site logistics, manpower distribution, and material utilization Risk Management: Identify potential risks and delays and propose solutions to keep the project on track Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring corrective actions are implemented when required Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication between site teams, consultants, and project management Documentation and Handover Support: Support the preparation of progress reports, project documentation, and handover requirements<br>Job Requirements Educational Background and Previous Experiencebachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the construction industry.
