Job Summary:Analyze and assess the financial position and creditworthiness of existing and prospective Mid-Cap Corporate clients and prepare the required analytical reports and credit studies to support the Credit Management function in making sound credit decisions. The role is responsible for managing client financing needs in line with the annual business objectives set by Senior Management, applicable credit policies, laws, regulations, and internal procedures, with the objective of achieving business targets and enhancing the profitability and quality of the credit portfolio.<br><br>Job Responsibilities:Execute the annual financial and business targets across assigned business sectors for both existing and prospective clients, in line with objectives set by Management and in compliance with the Bank’s credit policies, applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures. Develop and maintain a structured schedule of field visits to Mid-Cap Corporate clients to identify their financing needs, understand their business activities, and obtain the required documentation to assess their financial position. Prepare comprehensive financial analysis reports for targeted clients and review their consolidated credit positions with the Central Bank to assess their creditworthiness and determine the appropriate financing and facility structure. Coordinate with the Central Information/Inquiry Department and clients to identify the required documentation and arrange meetings between the relevant Bank representative and the client to assess and process their financing requirements. Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and market studies for client requests in accordance with the Bank’s credit policy and Central Bank regulations and submit recommendations to the Credit Risk Management function for review and subsequent presentation to the relevant Credit Committee. Attend Credit Committee meetings to present and discuss client cases, provide relevant business and financial information, and respond to committee inquiries. Prepare and finalize client contracts and required documentation following credit approval and ensure timely follow-up on approved facilities in accordance with established procedures. Coordinate with the Central Operations Division, branches, and clients to facilitate the utilization and execution of approved credit facilities. Manage and monitor existing client relationships, conduct periodic financial assessments, and prepare analytical reports. Handle facility renewals and monitor clients’ facility utilization to assess performance against approved targets and business objectives. Develop existing client relationships by activating and promoting relevant banking products and services in coordination with concerned Bank departments, with the objective of expanding the overall banking relationship and increasing portfolio profitability.<br>Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline. RM: 3–5 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Credit. SRM: 5–7 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years of experience in Corporate Credit. Reviewing the monthly Digital revenue monthly P&L report, and make sure all revenue is collecting after making the needful verification for each source of revenue (Social Media Monetization per Platforms, Digital campaigns, Digital projects, Brand Integration etc.), operating and following up the costs for each project. Maintain whitelists of official social media accounts. Following up the implementation and renewal of contracts as well as accounts and licenses, making it easier for digital employees to do their work optimally. In addition, reviewing the cost of the above according to previously agreed budgets, while maintaining and saving by discussing with the relevant departments (procurement, information technology). Perform business and financial analysis for Revenue and Expenses and present the required reports.<br>Education and Experience: 4-5 years of Experience in Business Planning and Admin unite. Bachelor’s degree. Profound knowledge of various businesses and its infrastructure. Good understanding of business process modelling, change control and change management. JOB DETAILSJob Title: Procurement Senior Engineer – Community Management Department: Community Management / Procurement Reports to: Technical General Manager Scope: Community Procurement – Hard & Soft Services Location: Head Office – New Cairo, CFC<br>Responsibilities<br>Lead sourcing and procurement activities for Hard Services, including MEP networks, electrical infrastructure, substations, water supply, sewage, ETP/STP, firefighting systems, HVAC, SCADA/BMS, and specialized machinery. Source and coordinate Soft Services providers covering landscaping and irrigation, housekeeping, pest control, security, HSE support services, and industrial waste management. Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents based on operational requirements. Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier and contractor offers in coordination with Community Management and technical teams. Lead pre-bid meetings, site walkthroughs, supplier clarifications, and commercial negotiations. Negotiate service agreements, SLAs, KPIs, pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions to achieve the best value. Coordinate the sourcing of technical spare parts, replacement components, operational consumables, and other community requirements. Coordinate with outsourced service providers and monitor their performance against agreed scopes, KPIs, and SLAs. Support the full lifecycle of operational contracts, including variations, renewals, price adjustments, and performance-related actions. Maintain and develop a qualified network of vendors, OEMs, contractors, and facility management service providers. Experience: 10+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within MEP, facilities management, infrastructure, industrial, or community management environments. Certifications: CIPS certification is an advantage. Skills: Strong experience in MEP and FM procurement, tendering, RFQ/RFP management, technical and commercial evaluation, contract negotiation, SLA/KPI management, vendor coordination, and cost optimization.
