<p>Vault RIM process and system is highly dependent on accurate & complete metadata at all levels and there is also an increasing amount of data that Health Authorities are requiring to be tracked and submitted.</p><br><br><p>The Regulatory Data Coordinator is responsible for driving key & critical activities within the Pfizer RIM system in support of enabling the assessment and subsequent management of new or required changes (system events).</p><br><br><p>They will specifically review all events initiated across the product lifecycle, completing system impact assessments, and creating Activities, Regulatory Objectives, Submissions to enable GRS to take the necessary actions. The Coordinator also ensures that Event Details, Change Items & Label Concepts are associated and have the appropriate details as well as creating the Global Content Plan in readiness for content authoring across the enterprise.</p><br><br><p>The Coordinator will work with the CMC Product strategist(s), labeling leads, Clinical & Country Regulatory Strategists through a mix of strategic and <p>The Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring financial governance, compliance, and integrity across the Real Estate operations of Cairo Festival City. This includes accountability for fixed assets, internal controls, accounting policies, and the entirety of finance operations. <p><strong>Accounting policies and judgements</strong><br>
Own, define, and approve accounting policies and procedures in line with IFRS, Al-Futtaim standards, and real estate business requirements.<br>
Act as the main reference on complex accounting judgements and interpretations across CFC.<br>
Lead impact assessments of new and amended accounting standards and ensure consistent implementation across all entities.<br>

Beyond individual design ownership, this role carries direct people-leadership accountability: planning and allocating team workload, reviewing technical output for quality and code compliance, and acting as the discipline's primary technical authority in coordination with the Dubai head office, clients, and other engineering disciplines. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Resource Management Lead, organize, and allocate the work of plumbing and firefighting engineers, designers, and BIM modelers across concurrent projects, balancing workload against deadlines and project priorities. Provide day-to-day technical supervision, mentoring, and career development support to team members, reviewing their design output for accuracy, consistency, and code compliance. Plan resourcing needs for upcoming projects and provide input to hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
