This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality automotive components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The CNC Engineer monitors machining processes, optimizes cutting parameters, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, coordinating with production and maintenance teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires maintaining accurate production records and supporting the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and methods. Qualifications Strong skills in Process Control to optimize CNC operations, improve cycle times, and maintain consistent product quality. Applied knowledge of Electrical Engineering related to CNC machinery, including understanding of control panels, sensors, and basic circuitry. Hands-on Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC equipment and related systems. Experience with Motion Control systems, including servo drives and CNC controllers, to ensure precise positioning and machine performance. Familiarity with Robotics integration in manufacturing environments, particularly robot-assisted loading, unloading, or machining tasks. Proficiency in CNC programming (e.g., G-code), CAD/CAM software, and reading technical drawings and engineering documentation. Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards is highly beneficial. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work safely and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Job Description:Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for call center agents. Deliver training sessions related to customer service skills, communication, products, and call handling procedures. Assess trainees’ performance and provide coaching and feedback. Identify training gaps and recommend improvement plans. Prepare training materials, presentations, and training activities. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and performance results. Coordinate with Call Center Supervisors and management to align training needs. Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports. Support continuous improvement of customer service standards.<br>Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.2–4 years of experience in Call Center operations,as a Call Center Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Team Leader is preferred. Strong knowledge of call center processes, KPIs, and customer service standards. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong coaching and problem-solving abilities. Good reporting and Excel skills.
