Team members join a mission to redefine the automotive landscape in Egypt and beyond. Role Description The CNC Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan City . This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality automotive components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The CNC Engineer monitors machining processes, optimizes cutting parameters, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, coordinating with production and maintenance teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires maintaining accurate production records and supporting the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and methods. Qualifications Strong skills in Process Control to optimize CNC operations, improve cycle times, and maintain consistent product quality. Applied knowledge of Electrical Engineering related to CNC machinery, including understanding of control panels, sensors, and basic circuitry. Hands-on Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC equipment and related systems. Experience with Motion Control systems, including servo drives and CNC controllers, to ensure precise positioning and machine performance. Familiarity with Robotics integration in manufacturing environments, particularly robot-assisted loading, unloading, or machining tasks. Proficiency in CNC programming (e.g., G-code), CAD/CAM software, and reading technical drawings and engineering documentation. Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards is highly beneficial. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work safely and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
