<p><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong></p><p>-We are looking for an experienced <strong>Maintenance Manager</strong> to lead and manage all maintenance operations, ensuring high equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and minimum downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong <strong>technical background in both mechanical and electrical systems</strong>, combined with excellent managerial, strategic planning, and leadership skills.</p><p><strong><u>-Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p>· Develop and implement the overall <strong>maintenance strategy</strong> aligned with the company’s operational and business objectives.</p><p>· Lead the maintenance department and manage maintenance teams, ensuring effective manpower planning, performance management, and continuous development.</p><p>· Develop and implement <strong>Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance</strong> programs.</p><p>· Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability while minimizing unplanned downtime and maintenance costs.</p><p>· Oversee maintenance activities for <strong>industrial machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and electrical control panels</strong>.</p><p>· Troubleshoot and supervise the resolution of complex <strong>mechanical and electrical breakdowns</strong>.</p><p>· Ensure proper maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of <strong>motors, pumps, compressors, production machinery, electrical panels, control systems, and related equipment</strong>.</p><p>· Analyze recurring failures and implement <strong>Root Cause Analysis (RCA)</strong> and corrective actions.</p><p>· Establish and monitor <strong>KPIs</strong> for the maintenance function, including equipment availability, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance costs, and preventive maintenance compliance.</p><p>· Prepare and manage the maintenance budget and ensure effective control of spare parts and maintenance resources.</p><p>· Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.</p><p>· Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, standards, documentation, and technical reports.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with <strong>health, safety, environmental, and maintenance standards</strong>.</p><p>· Evaluate maintenance performance and identify opportunities for <strong>continuous improvement and cost optimization</strong>.</p><p>· Manage external contractors and maintenance service providers when required.</p><p>· Stay updated with new maintenance technologies, automation solutions, and best industry practices.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Mechanical Engineering or Power/Electrical Engineering</strong>.</p><p>· <strong>5–8 years of proven experience in Maintenance Management</strong>, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.</p><p>· Strong hands-on experience in:</p><p>o Industrial machinery maintenance</p><p>o Mechanical maintenance</p><p>o Electrical maintenance</p><p>o Electrical panels and control systems</p><p>o Motors, pumps, compressors, and related equipment</p><p>o Troubleshooting and breakdown management</p><p>· Proven experience in developing and implementing <strong>maintenance strategies and long-term maintenance plans</strong>.</p><p>· Strong knowledge of <strong>Preventive and Predictive Maintenance</strong> methodologies.</p><p>· Ability to manage both the <strong>technical and administrative aspects</strong> of the maintenance function.</p><p><br>-<strong>The company provides transportation on the following routes: (Alexandria – El Agamy – Abu El Matamir – Kafr El-Dawwar).
