<h3>Electrical Engineer </h3><p><strong>Location:</strong> Plant Site, Egypt | <strong>Department:</strong> Engineering / Maintenance | <strong>Reports to:</strong> Maintenance Manager</p><p><strong>Role Summary:</strong><br>Responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of all electrical systems in a chemical manufacturing plant, minimizing downtime and supporting production continuity.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of transformers, LV/MV panels, motors, VFDs, switchgear, DG sets, UPS, and lighting.</p></li><li><p>Maintain PLC/control systems in coordination with automation and instrumentation teams.</p></li><li><p>Ensure electrical safety, LOTO, permit-to-work, statutory compliance, and Ex-proof equipment integrity.</p></li><li><p>Conduct RCA/CAPA for electrical failures and reduce repeat breakdowns.</p></li><li><p>Manage electrical spares, contractors, maintenance schedules, SOPs, and equipment records.</p></li><li><p>Support plant shutdowns, new installations, commissioning, modifications, and electrical projects.</p></li><li><p>Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Prepare maintenance MIS, downtime, cost, and performance reports.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate:</strong><br>Electrical Engineer with relevant <strong>chemical/manufacturing plant maintenance experience</strong>, strong knowledge of electrical equipment, PLCs, safety systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and project commissioning.</p><p></p>
