Today, every customer who wants to migrate their data hits the same wall: Procore won't accept the file they have. They download a rigid template, manually reformat their data to match it, and hope it imports on the first try. It often doesn't. The result is slower go-lives, millions in support and implementation cost, and lost deals during competitive migrations off Autodesk, Sage, and Vista.</p><br><br><p><b>Intake flips that model</b>. <br>Support and maintain IT systems, including servers, Citrix environments, databases, applications, and printing services. Troubleshoot technical issues, monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance and backups, and provide Level 2 support to users. <p><strong>1. Infrastructure & System Administration</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers.</li>
<li>Monitor system health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.</li>
<li>Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and software updates.</li>
<li>Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.</li>
<li>Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2. Citrix & Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Support the administration of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments.</li>
<li>Assist in managing StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and machine catalogs.</li>
<li>Create and maintain Delivery Groups, Machine Catalogs, and Citrix policies.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot user access, performance, and connectivity issues.</li>
<li>Support software deployment and image updates using MCS/PVS.</li>
<li>Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Enterprise Printing Infrastructure</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Support enterprise printing solutions, print servers, and printer management.</li>
<li>Install and configure printers, print queues, and printer drivers.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot printing issues and user access problems.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining Follow-Me Printing and document management integrations.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and issue resolution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>4. SQL Server & Database Support</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Assist in administering Microsoft SQL Server environments.</li>
<li>Monitor SQL Server health, disk space, and database performance.</li>
<li>Perform scheduled backup and restore activities.</li>
<li>Support SQL Server patching and maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Execute basic SQL queries and assist with database troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Work with application teams to resolve database-related incidents.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>5. Enterprise Application Support</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise applications.</li>
<li>Assist with application installation, configuration, and deployment activities.</li>
<li>Support application integrations with databases and infrastructure components.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain application configuration and operational documentation.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>6. Service Operations</strong></p><br>

<li>Respond to incidents, service requests, and operational alerts within agreed SLAs.</li>
<li>Participate in change implementation following organizational change management procedures.</li>
<li>Perform daily operational health checks and preventive maintenance.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate incident records and update knowledge base articles.</li>
<li>Support root cause analysis by collecting logs and technical information.</li>

<li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li>
<li>0–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System Administration.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of Windows Server administration.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops is an advantage.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration.</li>
<li>Exposure to Linux operating systems is preferred.</li>
<li>Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls).</li>
<li>ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.</li>
<li>Microsoft or Citrix certifications are considered a plus.</li>
