The Senior Enterprise Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts and generating new leads to increase sales. They will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service. Hospice Egypt is a project of Jossab foundation that provides hospice services that improve the quality of life and allow the terminal patient to pass away in dignity. Terminally ill patients are patients who no longer receive curative treatment and are receiving hospice care. It also provides support to the family members of the patient even after the patient passes away. Hospice Egypt services are completely free of charge to adult terminally ill patients regardless of their race, religion, gender, or socioeconomic class. The project receives patients referred from different referral bodies and provides its services which are nursing, medical, social, psychological, and financial support through its trained multidisciplinary mobile hospice team. Hospice Egypt continues to meet its mission and develop its services by establishing a new stationary hospice building to serve terminally ill patients who have no caregivers supporting them. The foundation is currently willing to hire a qualified and experienced Assistant General Manager to support leadership and operations.<br>Job Mission / Purpose :Successful job Holder will support the General Manager in shaping and executing the Foundation’s strategic direction, including setting objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment across all departments.<br>Duties & responsibilities:<br>Prepare, review, and analyze financial and operational reports to support data‑driven decision‑making and organizational planning. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare, educational, and corporate entities to strengthen the Foundation’s network and expand its impact. Lead the Foundation’s public relations and communications efforts, including media engagement, brand visibility, community outreach, and stakeholder communication strategies. Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the on‑site hospice facility, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to standards of care. Supervise and support field coordinators managing mobile hospice services inside and outside Cairo, ensuring effective coordination, service responsiveness, and consistent quality across all outreach activities.<br>Qualifications (Educational Background & Preferred work experience):Medical background with 10+ years of experience in the healthcare sector (experience with NGOs preferred). Postgraduate studies in healthcare and/or management. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
