الهدف من الوظيفة:<br>تنفيذ أعمال التشغيل والصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لجميع أنواع الطلمبات بالموقع لضمان استمرارية التشغيل بكفاءة عالية وتقليل الأعطال والتوقفات.<br><br>المهام والمسؤوليات:<br>تشغيل ومتابعة طلمبات المياه الرئيسية والاحتياطية.<br>صيانة طلمبات التغذية، والري، والصرف الصحي، وطلمبات الحريق.<br>تنفيذ أعمال الفك والتركيب والإصلاح واستبدال الأجزاء التالفة.<br>فحص الجلب الميكانيكية (Mechanical Seals) والرولمان بلي وتغييرها عند الحاجة.<br>متابعة مستويات الاهتزاز والضوضاء واكتشاف الأعطال مبكرًا.<br>التأكد من سلامة المحابس وخطوط السحب والطرد.<br>تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية طبقًا للخطة المعتمدة.<br>تسجيل القراءات والأعطال وأعمال الصيانة المنفذة.<br>التنسيق مع فريق الكهرباء عند الأعطال المشتركة للطلمبات ولوحات التحكم.<br>المحافظة على نظافة غرفة الطلمبات والمعدات التابعة لها.<br>الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية أثناء العمل.<br>المؤهلات المطلوبة:<br>دبلوم صناعي (ميكانيكا) أو مؤهل فني مناسب.<br>خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في صيانة وتشغيل الطلمبات.<br>خبرة في مواقع الكومباوندات السكنية أو المباني الإدارية أو محطات المياه.<br>القدرة على قراءة الرسومات والمخططات الميكانيكية الأساسية.<br>المهارات المطلوبة:<br>تشخيص أعطال الطلمبات وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة.<br>التعامل مع العدد اليدوية والكهربائية الخاصة بالصيانة.<br>القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والاستجابة السريعة للأعطال الطارئة.<br>مهارات جيدة في إعداد التقارير اليومية ورفع الملاحظات للمشرف المباشر.<br>نطاق المعدات التي يتعامل معها:<br>طلمبات تغذية المياه (Booster Pumps).<br>طلمبات الصرف الصحي (Sewage Pumps).<br>طلمبات رفع المياه (Transfer Pumps).<br>طلمبات الري.<br>طلمبات مكافحة الحريق (Fire Fighting Pumps).<br>أنظمة الضغوط وخزانات المياه المرتبطة بالطلمبات.

المهام والمسؤوليات<br>أولاً: أعمال الصيانة اليومية<br>فحص ومتابعة شبكات المياه والصرف بالموقع.<br>إصلاح التسريبات بجميع أنواعها.<br>صيانة واستبدال الخلاطات والسيفونات والأحواض والمراحيض.<br>تسليك خطوط الصرف وإزالة الانسدادات.<br>إصلاح واستبدال المواسير والوصلات التالفة.<br>التأكد من سلامة غرف التفتيش وخطوط الصرف.<br>ثانياً: أعمال المضخات والخزانات<br>متابعة تشغيل مضخات المياه والصرف.<br>فحص عوامات ومستويات الخزانات.<br>الإبلاغ عن الأعطال وإجراء الإصلاحات البسيطة.<br>المساعدة في أعمال تنظيف وتعقيم الخزانات عند الحاجة.<br>ثالثاً: أعمال الري واللاندسكيب<br>صيانة شبكات الري وخطوط المياه الخاصة بالزراعة.<br>إصلاح الرشاشات والصمامات والوصلات.<br>متابعة ضغط المياه بكامل شبكة الري.<br>رابعاً: الأعمال الإدارية والتقارير<br>تسجيل البلاغات المنفذة وإغلاق أوامر العمل.<br>إعداد تقارير بالأعطال والمواد المطلوبة.<br>حصر قطع الغيار والخامات المستهلكة.<br>الالتزام بخطط الصيانة الوقائية الدورية.<br>خامساً: الصحة والسلامة المهنية<br>الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة أثناء العمل.<br>استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية.<br>المحافظة على الأدوات والمعدات المسلمة إليه.<br>الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي مخاطر أو حوادث بالموقع.<br>المؤهلات المطلوبة<br>مؤهل فني صناعي أو ما يعادله.<br>خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أعمال السباكة والصيانة.<br>خبرة في الكومباوندات السكنية أو المباني الإدارية.<br>القدرة على قراءة المخططات البسيطة لشبكات المياه والصرف.<br>معرفة جيدة بمضخات المياه والخزانات وشبكات الري.<br>المهارات المطلوبة<br>تشخيص الأعطال وحل المشكلات.<br>العمل تحت الضغط والاستجابة للبلاغات الطارئة.<br>مهارات التواصل والتعامل مع السكان والإدارة.<br>الالتزام بالجودة ومعايير السلامة.
