The primary responsibility of the job is to receive ready files and codes and prepare the machine to execute cutting and drilling operations on wood and clad materials with high precision, while ensuring machine safety and final product quality. Responsibilities and tasks: Receiving operation files (codes) and applying them to the machine accurately. Securing materials (wood boards, clad, etc.) on the worktable correctly and safely. Installing and adjusting cutting tools (bits/routers) suitable for each material and zeroing the machine (setting the zero point). Monitoring the operation and immediate intervention in case of any error or deviation during cutting. Extracting finished pieces, cleaning them, and ensuring they conform to the required design dimensions. Carrying out routine daily maintenance of the machine (lubrication, greasing, cleaning the machine and its surroundings). Requirements and qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on CNC machine operator experience (preferably with wood workshops or advertising/printing and clad materials companies). Technical knowledge: Good knowledge of tool types (cutting tools) and operating speeds suitable for each material. Ability to operate the machine’s control panels and gauges. High accuracy and concentration to avoid waste of materials or damage to equipment. Clear stance on recruitment.
