مطلوب فني ورشة متخصص في أعمال تصنيع ولحام وتركيب مواسير الاستانلس ستيل لخطوط إنتاج الألبان وفقًا للمعايير الصحية (Hygienic Standards).المهام والمسؤوليات:
تنفيذ أعمال لحام الأرجون (TIG) لمواسير وخطوط الاستانلس ستيل.
تصنيع وتجهيز وتركيب المواسير وملحقاتها (Elbows, Tees, Reducers, Supports).
تنفيذ أعمال البرادة، القص، التجهيز، وضبط الاستقامة.
تصنيع وتركيب السبورتات (Pipe Supports) وحوامل المواسير.
تنفيذ أعمال اللحام الكهربائي (SMAW) عند الحاجة.
قراءة الرسومات الهندسية والإيزومتريك الخاصة بالمواسير.
ضمان جودة اللحامات وخلوها من العيوب لتناسب مصانع الأغذية.
الالتزام باشتراطات السلامة والصحة المهنية.
المهارات الفنية المطلوب إتقانها:
إتقان لحام TIG للاستانلس ستيل بجودة عالية.
خبرة في الخطوط الصحية (Hygienic Piping)، اللحام الداخلي (Full Penetration)، وأعمال الـ Purging بغاز الأرجون.
خبرة ممتازة في أعمال البرادة وتصنيع وتركيب المواسير والسبورتات.
القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الهندسية واستخدام العدد اليدوية والكهربائية.
الدقة والالتزام بمعايير النظافة والصحة الخاصة بصناعة الأغذية.
مميزات إضافية (تفضيلية):
يفضل الحصول على شهادة اعتماد (Certified Welder) في لحام الاستانلس ستيل (AISI 316 / 316L).

A workshop technician specialized in manufacturing, welding, and installation of stainless steel pipes for dairy production lines according to Hygienic Standards. Responsibilities:
- Perform Argon TIG welding for stainless steel pipes and lines.
- Manufacture, prepare, and install pipes and fittings (Elbows, Tees, Reducers, Supports).
- Perform deburring, cutting, finishing, and alignment checks.
- Manufacture and install pipe supports and pipe hangers.
- Perform Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) when needed.
- Read engineering drawings and isometrics for pipes.
- Ensure weld quality and defect-free joints suitable for food manufacturing.
- Comply with health, safety, and occupational safety requirements.
Required technical skills:
- Mastery of TIG welding for stainless steel with high quality.
- Experience in hygienic piping lines, full penetration welding, and Purging with Argon.
- Excellent experience in deburring, manufacturing and installation of pipes and supports.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use manual and electrical tools.
- Precision and adherence to cleanliness and health standards for the food industry.
