In charge of electrical works in filling operations, process areas, and facilities
Ability to handle PLC & Drives
Responsible for electrical tasks completed in the 12-hour shift
Perform corrective maintenance on all equipment in the filling, process, and facilities areas to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Electrical technician teammate collaboration in the shift
Testing and making adjustments on filling and processing machines and facilities equipment
Work on improving electrical spare parts and optimizing the existing spare parts array
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehousing, and Safety departments for electrical work procedures according to each department’s requirements
Ability to handle PLC & Drives
Assist in wiring new electrical projects installations
Support food safety for the product through automation modifications and creation of food safety cards
Ensure high efficiency of food safety equipment across the plant
Perform all duties in accordance with applicable safety procedures and posted procedures
Lead technical discussions with the electrical team to reach the best solutions
Diagnose faults and perform repairs
Conduct preventive maintenance
Consult with maintenance colleagues regarding technical issues
Keep the workplace organized and clean
Use hand tools and electrical tools properly
Operate computer-controlled industrial equipment
