<p>Supervise hourly team members during assigned shifts, directing workflow and ensuring station coverage throughout service.<br>
Open or close the restaurant following documented checklists for equipment, cash, security, and facility readiness.<br>
Handle guest complaints and service recovery during the shift, applying approved comp procedures when appropriate.<br>
Monitor labor efficiency in real time, sending staff home or calling in additional help to stay on target with sales.<br>
Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily promotions, staff assignments, and any operational priorities.<br>
Enforce food safety standards including temperature checks, date labeling, allergen handling, and sanitation routines.<br>
Train new hourly employees on POS operation, service steps, and company standards during their onboarding period.<br>
Complete cash handling procedures including till counts, safe drops, and shift summary reports at end of service.<br>
Perform line checks and food quality audits before service periods to verify prep standards are met.<br>
Assist senior management in tracking inventory and placing orders for food, beverage, and supply items as directed.</p>

Analyze route productivity, workload balance, and travel efficiency. Recommend route improvements to enhance service levels and reduce operational costs. Business Intelligence & Reporting Develop automated dashboards using Power BI. Extract and analyze data using SQL and internal systems. Generate regular business performance reports with actionable insights. Decision Support Translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations. Job Summary:Proceed with precise and deep assessment of credit risks to credit exposures under assigned business sectors, safeguarding the credit policy and monitoring overall quality of Bank’s and leasing company loan portfolio.<br>Job Responsibilities:Monitor activities to ensure they comply with policies and procedures and raise non-compliance to his / her superior. Manage checks and audits and ensures risks are addressed effectively & accurately. Ensure effective and accurate implementation. Communicate with the corporate team leader/business partner to organise related portfolio. Ensure the accuracy of presented historical figures and make sure of their accuracy (account turnover and historical profitability). Ensure the accuracy of presented client ORR (provision required for the client) taking into consideration that presented scores comply with credit policy and CBE requirements and highlight any deviation from previously approved one. Ensure the accuracy of cash flow and projection models for proposed medium and long-term finance under his / her portfolio. Communicate with the corporate team leader for the risks inherent in the requested facilities. Review the credit risk summary and the preliminary recommendation then deliver it to his / her superior. Review the credit investigation report and discuss with the team member’s remarks and negative points. Visits and checks clients with problematic accounts and figures a rescheduling scheme for the rest amount due. Control the percentage of each sector to avoid concentration of specific sector.<br>Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field from reputable university.
