Job Summary:To oversee all project employees in order to ensure that the project’s buildings and facilities are constructed in accordance with the project’s design, budget, schedule, and safety abiding by HAC procedures and standards keeping in mind the client’s need.<br>Tasks and Responsibilities:Lead and direct the project and organize the site activities in various sections through the section head engineers to ensure deliverable on time and within the budget. Establish and mobilize the original layout for the Site’s offices, stores, workshops and mobile equipment roads and fixed equipment locations. (For example; tower cranes.) Review the work progress on daily basis. Allocate the right resources in the right time to be adequate with cost and with the best quality. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting e-commerce companies, SMEs, and corporate entities requiring courier (parcel delivery) and fulfillment solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Provide customized logistics solutions for clients, including warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery services. Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers to ensure our logistics services are preferred over competitors. Analyze market trends in the Egyptian courier and parcel sector to remain competitive and develop innovative sales offerings. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team on sales techniques specific to the logistics industry. Prepare regular sales performance reports and sales forecasts for senior management.<br>Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics sales, with proven experience in courier services (parcel delivery) and Fulfillment solutions.
