JOB PURPOSE Supervise monitoring/controlling Projects’ Budget through Team Members. Delegated with Managers responsibilities. Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities Supervises Budgeting Team. Follow up accurate & comprehensive workable budget plan. Reviews budget files. Reviews the budget requests and endorse the process of furnishing the awarded notifications for both suppliers and sub-contractors. Supervises preparation of consolidated reports. Communicates with Cost Control, Tender, Procurement and Engineering functions during the Monitors, regularly, the detailed construction progress of the project to ensure full adherence to work plans within agreed budget and resources. Analyzes and Identifies deviations in consolidated reports. Supervises Team's workflow to keep the reporting calendar on track Supports the training of new budget staff in team, to ensure their ability to handle their responsibilities in effective and professional manner. Advises the training needs and recommendations highlighted for the Team’s members and track trainings and coaching. Contributes to periodic performance appraisals for line reports and other staff (in coordination with HR). Handle related special assignments if required. <br><br>MINIMUN QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree of Engineering 10+ years of experience. The role also involves reviewing and revising translated content for consistency with technical terminology, project standards, and corporate guidelines. The translator will collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to help prevent miscommunication and facilitate smooth project execution.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong proficiency in Korean and Russian, with excellent reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in both languages. Proven experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in technical, industrial, or energy-related contexts. Ability to understand and accurately convey technical terminology used in power generation, energy infrastructure, and large-scale projects. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver precise, consistent translations under time constraints. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional teams. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple translation requests and prioritize urgent tasks. Proficiency with standard office software and basic familiarity with translation tools or terminology management systems. Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Korean/Russian Language, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage. Previous on-site work experience in industrial or construction environments is beneficial.
