Main Responsibilities Coordinate all Fire & Gas engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, from engineering to commissioning. Review and monitor Fire & Gas engineering deliverables, including cause & effect matrices, device layouts, detector coverage, F&G drawings, hook-ups, and system architecture. Support procurement activities by reviewing technical specifications, vendor offers, and submittals for Fire & Gas systems and related equipment. Ensure alignment between engineering design, material procurement, site installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Coordinate with vendors for Fire Alarm, Gas Detection, Flame Detection, Voice Evacuation, and integrated safety systems. Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), loop checking, functional testing, and commissioning activities. Resolve technical issues and respond to site queries related to Fire & Gas systems. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, consultants, vendors, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution. Monitor project progress, prepare technical reports, and maintain project documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (NFPA, IEC, ISA where applicable), client requirements, and company quality standards. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.5–7 years of experience in Fire & Gas, Fire Alarm, or Safety Systems within EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm and Gas Detection systems, including flame detectors, gas detectors, smoke and heat detectors, manual call points, sounders, beacons, and control panels. Familiarity with integrated Fire & Gas systems and interfaces with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems. Experience reviewing Fire & Gas design documents, cause & effect matrices, detector layouts, cable schedules, and system architecture drawings. Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities. Knowledge of applicable international standards such as NFPA, IEC, and ISA is preferred. <p><strong>Main Purpose:</strong></p><p>Participate in the planning, supervision and coordination of mental health / pycho-social related services in the programme in accordance with MSF standards in
