Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for woodworking products and workshop manufacturing requirements. Prepare technical drawings and production-ready designs for CNC machining. Generate CNC programs and optimize cutting paths for efficiency and material utilization. Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure accurate production according to specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings and design files. Conduct quality checks on finished products and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with production and workshop teams to improve manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot operational issues related to CNC machinery and production. Perform basic machine setup and calibration. Job Purpose:<br>Design review, design in house, coordinate, review company projects from conception stage to construction realization providing a high-quality product in targeted time with the required value engineer with minimum costs.<br>Responsibilities:Manage translation of development projects programs into applicable design over the complete project cycle from conception stage to construction, and make sure that each task is done on time within the assigned budget. Review and approve mechanical designs received from consultants, and lead coordination works with operation teams to guarantee the networks harmony. Review and supervise all design phases and deliverable to ensure that all the development objectives and concepts are delivered as planned Manage- in cooperation with project management team -conducting clear explanation for different projects and replying to quires and RFIs raised by the contractors. Follow up and supervise full implementation of contracts with consultants. In the case of in-house design, perform the design in accordance with the project plan, and Orascom vision. Manage the mechanical team while coordination with other disciplines to maintain and achieve Orascom vision. Review and approve technical submittals for mechanical systems. Document all relevant discussions thoroughly in letters, memos, or meetings reports.<br>Qualifications:BSC. Of Mechanical Power Engineering. Experience: 8-13 years, mainly in mechanical systems Design HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting systems, infrastructure works…etc. experience in construction field, and real estate projects is a must. Computer skills: Perfect command of Auto CAD & RIVIT& Microsoft office & internet. Language Skills: Perfect command of English.

Job Description:<br>BASIC FUNCTIONStrong accent is to be given to the hospitality towards the guest as a prime goal and thus to maintain and develop the attitude of the related staff. He/she exercises strong leadership and gives a special attention to visible management in the front area, especially during main service hours. He/she is responsible for the overall smooth and economical running of the entire Food & Beverage department. He/she initiates and supervises staff sales training to promote additional selling. Controls and analyses permanently: Quality levels of production and presentation, guest satisfaction, merchandising, operating, payroll and food cost, cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene. He/she checks permanently the Room Service and guaranties a well organised and fast service. He/she makes sure that mini bar filling up procedures are done correctly and swiftly. He/she supervises all outside catering and in-house parties in respect of sales, organisation and proper service during the event. Makes sure offers and calculations are done properly and billing is done accordingly. Co-ordinates and monitors tour group dining<br>KITCHEN & FOOD PRODUCTION, STORAGEControls the quality standard of food in the entire operation. In collaboration with the Chef he/she ensures all preparation of food is done according to our recipes and presentation standards. Kitchen Organisation: Supervises Chef in regard of staff productivity, work schedules, work procedures, food cost. Recipes and Manuals: Checks the production of food according to recipes and is responsible all files are up to date and in proper usage. Storage of F&B: Checks permanently all store rooms and fridges and ensures the food is stored properly, clean and hygienic. He/she makes sure only fresh and valid (expire date) food or beverage is in the stores. He/she also checks temperatures in all cooled devices.<br>STEWARDING AND BUFFETS Follows up the procedures of washing up, usage of cleaning material staff efficiency and equipment. Follows up the Stewarding department in the cleaning of all concerned areas and assigns duties to Chief Steward in regard of cleanliness & hygiene. Is responsible for the control and consumption of china, glass and cutlery. He/she has the breakage under control as well as the stock levels in the store (in co-ordination with accounting).<br>ADMINISTRATION / CONTROL / PURCHASINGA check work schedules of the entire F&B division and secures staff is planned to the requirement of the operation. Advises purchasing in respect of quality and quantity (together with Chef). Has the right to refuse delivery if commodities do not comply with our specifications and quality standards. He/she signs all purchase orders in respect to quantities ordered. Supervises closely Food Cost Controller to guarantee a cost according to the financial targets, to recognise price increases and adjust prices accordingly, if necessary. To make sure discounts and complimentary are administered and approved according to the internal policy.<br>GENERAL / MISCELLANEOUSCo – ordination and information with the Housekeeping, Sales and Accounting. Ensures all staff is thoroughly familiar with the Hotel’s emergency procedures and is in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur. Execution of regular technical/skills training. Is responsible for setting up and maintaining ongoing training programs in the department in conjunction with the Personnel & Training Manager. Review reservation books daily. Maintains a monthly overview of vacation- and public holiday balance of all his/her staff and delivers a monthly consolidated summary to the Personnel Manager. He/she is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility. Assumes responsibility of Duty Manager when scheduled to do so.

The primary goal is to ensure project execution complies with approved shop drawings, contract specifications, and budgetary controls.</p><p></p><ol start="2"><li><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p></li></ol><ul><li><p>Shop Drawings: Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed architectural and structural shop drawings while resolving any MEP conflicts.</p></li><li><p> Quantity Surveying (QS): Ability to review and prepare quantity surveying tables submitted by the contractor, and compare contractual quantities against actual, asbuilt quantities executed on site.</p></li><li><p>Financial Invoices: Audit contractors’ invoices after consultant review, and review contractors monthly progress payment requests. </p></li><li><p>Document Control: Manage and track Request for Information (RFIs), Material Submittals, and approvals, ensuring the accurate update of Design & As-Built drawings. </p></li><li><p> Variations & Claims: Study design changes, calculate variation orders, and prepare technical reports. </p></li><li><p>Site Support & Coordination: Provide immediate engineering solutions to the site execution team and coordinate directly with the consultant to resolve field issues.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Key Qualifications & Skills</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering. </p></li><li><p>Experience: 5 to 7 years of solid technical oAice experience with a strong track record in the hospitality and hotel construction sector. </p></li><li><p> Technical Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD and Microsoft OAice.</p></li></ul><p></p>
