<p><strong>Inventory & stock management:</strong></p>

<li>Oversee the beverage inventory, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and control of products.</li>
<li>Manage stock levels to minimize waste and ensure consistent availability of beverages, particularly high-demand items.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and place timely orders based on usage trends and budget forecasts.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cost control & revenue growth:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to control beverage costs while maintaining product quality and guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Monitor beverage sales and analyze trends to identify opportunities for increasing revenue through upselling, promotions, and efficient operations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the culinary team and F&B operations manager and director of food & beverage to establish beverage pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable, while ensuring alignment with brand positioning.</li>
