Costing Standard Schemes & Calculating Economical Impact Expert
Key Responsibilities:
1. Economic Impact Analysis of Procedural Simplifications
- Conduct analyses report for proposed procedural simplifications, demonstrating the economic impact on:
- MSMEs, including reductions in compliance costs and administrative burdens.
- Government revenue streams, identifying potential increments or decrements.
- Develop a models to estimate financial and operational efficiencies resulting from procedural changes.
- Present findings through comprehensive economic impact reports, including actionable recommendations.
2. Costing Standards for IDA Services
- Analyze and evaluate the administrative and financial burdens alleviated by digital transformation initiatives in licensing and registration services at governmental entity (IDA) Industrial Development Authority.
- Design and propose costing standard schemes for governmental entity services, ensuring alignment with operational changes and market dynamics.
- Develop a final cost scheme decree, detailing all service standard costs, justifications, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment of proposed cost structures with organizational goals.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, MSME representatives, and financial analysts, to gather insights and ensure alignment with economic goals.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings, build consensus, and drive the adoption of recommendations.
4. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing all analyses, recommendations, and finalized cost schemes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet government standards and align with broader project objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in process reengineering, financial analysis, or economic impact assessment are a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of 10+ years in economic impact analysis, or related fields.
- Experience in governmental development projects and working with public entities is highly desirable.
- Expertise in designing and implementing costing schemes for public services.
- Knowledge of MSME dynamics and their interaction with government policies and procedures.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost-benefit analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in software for financial modeling and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in the public sector is an advantage.
