:Requirements
  • Must Have a bachelor's degree in faculty of English law is a must
  • Experience at least 3 years in drafting contract by English & Arabic Language
  • Background corporate lawyer or Law firms
  • Dealing with GAFI
  • Corporate lawyer not litigation
  • Draft and prepare all work related to general assembly meetings (ordinary / extraordinary) and board of directors’ meetings.
:Job Description
  • Maintain the validity of the legal documents of the company and ensure renewal thereof.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel legal procedures and lawsuits of the company.
  • Conduct internal investigations.
  • Provide legal support to other departments.
