Parts & Service Sales Engineer

We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Parts and Service Sales Engineer (PSSR) to lead the sales of spare parts and after-sales services for trucks and generators. This role combines technical expertise with proactive customer engagement to provide customized solutions that enhance equipment performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the trucks and generators industries.
  • Actively promote and sell spare parts, maintenance services, and repair solutions to both new and existing customers.
  • Offer expert technical advice to ensure proper part selection and optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with service teams to design and present tailored maintenance packages that meet client needs.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales quotes and proposals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure fast, efficient resolutions.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to expand networks and explore business opportunities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Proven track record in sales or service roles, particularly within the trucks, generators, or heavy equipment sectors.Strong technical knowledge of truck and generator systems and components.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.Car ownership is a MUST (as the role involves client visits and fieldwork).Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel as required.
