We are looking for a Customer relation specialist
who will play a vital role in managing our academic system and ensuring smooth communication between trainers and learners.
Job Description:
- Maintaining academic system and ensuring its efficiency.
- Communicating with trainers and teachers to organize and schedule yearly training programs
- Handling learners’ inquiries and concerns professionally via email, phone, or in persone
- Preparing periodic reports to assess academic performance and system updates.
Experience: 1–2 years in an academic-related role within training companies (not schools).Age: Applicants should not exceed 27 years old.Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
