- Provide audits reports / written feedback to Learning and Development Manager on timely manner.
- Execute pre-set training calendars accordingly & suggest amendments if needed.
- Ensure new operations platforms, equipment, applications…others are represented to operation team properly at his scoop/region and provide necessary training/tools to ensure proper executions.
- Provide proper training for New Managers trainees thru organized “Targeted Training Plan” sheet, along with needed coaching, sessions & certifications post-courses.
- Follow up execution of personal development plans are agreed and implemented in line with organizational goals.
- Provision of Basic courses to meet the needs of stores Teams.
- Conduct follow up visits for TMT stores.
- Deliver Classroom session/courses for restaurant teams.
- Continuous improvement of Store/Restaurant KPI’s.
University Graduate – Well recognized university., Preferably Hotel & Tourism / Business Administration.5-7 Yrs of relevant experience in F&B Operations TrainingReports to Learning and Development Manager.
