Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering.3+ years of experience in network design and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VoIP, Fiber).Knowledge of protocols (SIP, MPLS, GSM, LTE) and monitoring tools.Preferred Certifications: CCNA or equivalent.
