The hospital is committed to delivering high-quality services and prioritizing patient health above all.<br><br>Responsibilities :The Inpatient Head Nurse is responsible for supervising and coordinating all nursing activities within the inpatient units to ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and compliance with hospital policies and standards. <br> Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Nursing or any related field . Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in the same position . Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills to handle administrative and operational challenges. Experience in Nursing Management and Training to mentor staff and maintain best practices in healthcare delivery.previous experience working with hospital accreditation programs (GAHAR, JCI) is highly preferred.
