- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices in the industry.
- Build upkeep long-term relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Delegate Maintenance tasks to meet maintenance schedules.
- Create annual maintenance budget regarding to operation needs.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Poultry background is a must.12- 15 years’ experience in Maintenance.Maintenance Budget Control.Hands on experience in planning maintenance operations.Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems etc.
