Senior HR Generalist

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the factory’s objectives.
Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, training and development, workforce planning, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal factory regulations.
Promote a positive work environment and motivate employees to achieve their full potential.
Manage employee records, including salaries, contracts, and promotions.
Monitor key HR performance indicators and analyze performance reports.
Lead initiatives to strengthen the factory culture and reduce employee turnover.
Prepare Payroll sheets.
Deal with insurance and labor offices.


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR procedures.Proficiency in ERP systems and HR software.Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Residing in 6th of October
