Maintain close communication with All clients including Key clients and offices to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Follow up on forecasted shipments and coordinate with internal departments to align production, logistics, and delivery schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely issue resolution.
Review and understand tenders, including scope of work, pricing schedules, and material requirements, to ensure accurate documentation for each shipment.
Maintain an updated inventory of all cement Certificates of Analysis (COA) and a detailed manual for Certificates of Conformity (COC) and inspection processes.
Manage the sample dispatch process by sending samples to customers and coordinating with internal departments to avoid delays.
