- Communicate with Head of commercial and key stakeholders to determine project requirements.
- Create project status presentations for delivery to internal customers.
- Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, costing, deliverables, and margins.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.
- Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and submit budget progress reports or cost tracking reports.
- Produce and distribute project documents.
- Propose, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
- Report project status, such as resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction to Head of commercial
- Submit project deliverables to internal clients, ensuring adherence to required standards.
- Follow up on closing all Audit findings for commercial department.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.5 - 7 Years of Experience in FMCG or Manufacuring Industry.Proven working experience as a project administrator.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
