Job Description:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food retail outlets across Egypt. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational expertise to ensure the highest standards of efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and oversee the operations of all retail outlets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards across all locations.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Oversee supply chain, inventory management, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Implement customer-centric initiatives to enhance the shopping experience and ensure satisfaction.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the food retail sector.Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth understanding of food retail operations, including supply chain and inventory management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in operational management software and tools is a plus.
