Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our international brand and fast-food brand to achieve business goals and targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various marketing channels
- Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including digital marketing campaigns, social media, print materials, and advertising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, including promotions, events, and partnerships

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
