<p>Collaborate with production team to improve machines performance to meet production plans. Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards. Plan, lead, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment (Presses, Glazing machines, Kilns and Printing lines, Digital Printing Machines, etc...). Manage and lead the maintenance team including technicians. Minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Analyzing, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures. Maintain maintenance schedules. Spare parts inventory tracking and ordering.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of industrial factories. Good problem solving skills and team spirit. Proven experience of leading and developing maintenance teams. Excellent reporting and communication skills. Very good knowledge of PLC systems, industrial automation specially Siemens platforms (s7-1500 and S7-300). Very good knowledge of hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits.</p>
