Manage and Lead the production technicians and workers. Meet the efficiency and quality requirements of the products ranges. Minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Collaborate with maintenance team to improve machines' performance. Fair knowledge of PLC systems' industrial automation. Good knowledge of hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in production Engineering, industrial Engineering, or Applied arts from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations of industrial factories.
- Good problem solving skills and team spirit.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
