Conduct guest consultations to identify treatment needs, preferences, medical conditions, allergies, and contraindications before providing services. Recommend appropriate treatments and wellness programs based on guest requirements. Perform professional spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, facials, scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy, and other therapies in accordance with company standards and treatment protocols. Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the treatment process. Maintain accurate guest treatment records and confidential client information. Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and availability of required supplies. Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation for treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and tools in compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of spa products, consumables, and equipment, reporting replenishment requirements when necessary. Compiles and distributes list of anticipated services and amenities to relevant departments. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in the industry.
