Review quality and productivity reports monthly coming from their direct manager, share with each team member and plan required resourcing and coaching program for the following month. Organize quarterly reports on team leaders’ performance and share them with the operations/ training managers to plan for needed training. Undertake all other actions and activities as reasonably requested, or delegated, by Senior Management. Complying with the line manager in work-related tasks and instructions.
